This office is rooted in the seventies, when our namesake Bram Mulder founded the office De Koning & Mulder together with Fokke de Koning and Jurrian Koetsier. Our late partner Hinno Postma was trained at this firm.

Between 1998 and 2004 the office was part of Schut & Grosheide Lawyers. Jeroen Zandt joined the team in 2001. When Schut & Grosheide merged into DLA Piper, De Koning & Mulder continued its way as an independent boutique firm.

Since 2008 the practice of De Koning & Mulder has been carried out under the name of Codex Mulder Advocaten.

Even though some of our prominent lawyers regrettably passed away, over the years our firm grew into a team of skilled and experiences specialists in the areas mentioned above, also thanks to the arrival of some very promising new talents.
